3 - Optional 100% Medicare Insurance for every American under age 65 for $400/mo (less for taxable incomes below $75,000).

• Coverage free for all Americans age 18 and under.

4 - FHA mortgages with 2% down and 3% interest for homes with prices upto $1,000,000 indexed at 2%/yr

5 - Reinstate the 2021 Child Tax Credit indexed at 2%/yr.
